Kestrel House
A rather challenging project based around a block of residential flats housing around four hundred residents with new surfacing, gardens, refurbished play area and bike- refuse green roof stores.
Careful planning of public and resident movements were a priority to allow full safe access 24-7 despite the few entrances being fully remodelled.
Further constrains were working around daily refuse cart access and even planning restrictions on deliveries along with timed access for deliveries on the access road.
The good news was a healthy budget with some high end materials being used to provide a premium feel to a very tired external landscape, which was very welcomed by the residents who had to put up with us on site four months in total without a single compliant raised.
Revised levels made for easier access to the ground floor flats, and the play area included some new equipment along with fresh rubber safety surfacing.
