Western Road Recreation Ground

Hailsham town council went to tender looking for a perimeter path to their recreation area.

The specification was quite high, with concrete pin kerbs, no dig situation by trees with porous tarmac, and electrical ducting, box and draw pits for lighting.

The total length was just over 500m long with most path 2 metres wide, one section at 2.5 metres wide.

The path run around the back of cricket nets, and a vehicle crossing point installed with additional sub base can be seen, with pin kerb markers below.

Smooth curves with concrete edging part of our teams pride of workmanship.

The no dig run of path using Geoweb and porous tarmac.

The client was over the moon with the work we carried out, has offered us further schemes to work with them on, recommended us to a neighbouring town Horam for a similar scheme, and more than happy to be contacted for a reference.
