SLC installed a 46mtr long boardwalk through a marsh area. The boardwalk was constructed from treated softwood with hardwood handrails and recycled plastic decking boards.
Another view showing how well the boardwalk works with the surrounding area.
SLC constructed a small 10mtr long bridge spanning an ancient ditch
The path leading to the bridge was constructed from hoggin with timber edging.
The path running through the trees was in a “no dig” zone due to tree roots.
SLC built up the paths using Geoweb to stabilise the construction in root zones.
