As you can see this park is in need of some updating and some new exciting play equipment and safety surfacing and this is where SLC come into their own, turning tired parks into a fun, fulfilling environment for children and adults to play and spend time socialising together.
The new equipment has arrived and is being positioned ready for the surrounding safety surfacing to be laid. As you can see from the progress pictures below, it has brightened up this park making it a more appealing environment for children of all ages and will be a welcomed addition to Midland Terrace playground and will be used for many years to come by all of the local residents.
Midland Terrace has been given another lease of life offering a bright, spacious environment for children to explore, climb and use their imaginations whilst creating new memories. We have added some picnic benches, a bug hotel, bird house and even an on-site library where local residents can offer a book swop service free of charge.
Encouraging wildlife is not only good for the environment but children love to bug hunt and bird watch whilst sharing this new playground together.
Nature at its best!
Retaining some of the existing play equipment SLC have enhanced this park further by adding some new equipment to encourage gross motor skills on different levels mixing robinia and metal structures.
It’s brightened up this playground for families and friends to come together, socialise, let off some steam and enjoy for many years to come.
